Reverend Gary E. Heaton
Reverend Gary E. Heaton began serving F.R.U.M.C. in July 2000 when he, his wife Beth and their three daughters were appointed by Bishop Joe E. Pennel, Jr. Having served the Riverton Charge as a seminary student in the mid 80’s, Gary and his family have a great affection for the Shenandoah Valley.
The grandson of a Methodist Minister, Gary has a strong connection to the hymns, doctrines and mission of the United Methodist Church, where he has been under appointment since 1986.
